Launched Spring 2024 is something very different. Many rental offices try to be the “Largest” or take on hundreds of units, our approach is different by pledging to only manage a max of 50 units in Orange Beach & Gulf Shores we can focus on QUALITY service.  

After 20 years in the industry one thing we learned no matter what people claim you can’t deliver quality if your to large, you loose control and the ability to focus on the details. 

We are different 

To deliver the best rentals and management services we screen our units prior to placing in our program and don’t just sign up every unit. Next we limit the number of rental units we accept into our program allowing us to maintain hands on involvement in every rental property. 

Bigger doesn’t mean better 

Lastly, we are locally owned. We live locally, 100% of your money stays locally.

Are you tired of being just one of thousands of renters to a large company ? When you rent from us you become part of our family. We do things differently. 

- We don’t take just any rental - we screen and stage all our rentals prior to be placed in service. 
- We don’t and won’t manage hundreds of rentals - we believe in quality not quantity 
- We don’t have hidden fees or crazy fees- we offer some of the lowest fees in our area 
- Our cleaners are given 1-2 cleans per day allowing them ample time to do a top tier job on your property. We also have a secondary inspector who comes behind them.

You’re not just another unit in a sea of hundreds. We pledge to focus on quality not quantity. 

We are accepting a limited number of units for 2024: 

- Written pledge to not get to big- again quality not quantity max of 50 units managed in Orange Beach & Gulf Shores
- Reasonable management fees and no hidden fees 
- Cleaners are only asked to clean 1 unit (2 if small) per day allowing for top quality work. Quality inspectors go behind them also. 
- Locally owned - we live in Orange Beach and are heavily involved in our community we are available to you 24/7
